Start. Inspiration...

 

The name, Start. Massage & Bodyworks, was inspired by observing the benefits that massage allows - giving myself and others the ability and freedom to start living the lives we'd like to live.

Prior to experiencing Massage Therapy first hand, I suffered from chronic back pain from the age of 17 to 21; I had become accustomed to it and accepted that it was going to be a normal part of my life.  After 4 months of receiving regular massage care during schooling, I woke up one day to notice that the pain was gone.  It nearly brought me to tears realizing that I didn't have to live that way anymore and that I could start to enjoy my life and the activities that I love.

Since practicing massage, I've had the absolute joy and blessing to witness clients being able to start doing the activities that they enjoy, such as running, lifting their children or grandchildren, hiking, biking, amongst others, pain free.
